Jason primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation in a wide variety of business disputes, land-use, preservation and zoning practice, and in Article 78 proceedings challenging governmental agency decisions.

Paul is the Co-Chair of the Disability Practice area at Hiller, PC. He has over 18 years of experience handing all aspects of disability insurance and ERISA long term disability claims, from filing an application for benefits to litigation.

Chris is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability cases, and matters involving securities fraud, anti-trust investigations, and Congressional inquiries.

Susan is an indispensable member of the Hiller PC team, serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Paralegal. As Chief of Staff, Susan excels at coordinating the activities of our team and serving as the glue that holds everything together.

Maria has over 30 years of legal accounting and administrative experience. She uses her strong technical, analytical, organizational, and managerial skills to navigate the day-to-day business and financial matters at Hiller, PC.

Conor uses his enthusiasm for the law with his sharp analytical and editorial skills to ensure that all phases of the litigation process are managed with efficiency and accuracy. He also helps with client intake process.
