Luke is a litigation associate at Hiller, PC and handles a wide array of commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Hiller, PC, Luke served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. While in the Red Trial Zone at the District Attorney’s Office, Luke investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, and presented over 150 cases to the grand jury. Luke’s cross-examination during grand jury presentations helped secure numerous indictments. During his time there, Luke contributed to the pursuit of justice for victims and helped prosecutors in their efforts to resolve complex cases.

In 2022, Luke earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. During law school, Luke interned at both the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. Luke also was a member of the school’s trial team and participated in sports law competitions. Luke was the recipient of New York Law School’s Dr. Max Reich Award for Excellence in Civil Trial Advocacy.

Luke Kushner graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2019 with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology.
